Our Mission

FastHomeBuys, LLC was founded out of the recognition that even in the down housing market terrific value existed for homeowners and investors alike. There are lots of investors looking to make a ‘quick buck’ by buying houses as cheaply as possible, then ‘flipping’ or quickly selling the properties at a profit, often after negligible improvement. This rarely serves our community and least of all the former distressed owners.

We want to do things differently. We do still want to profit from the market, but our expectation and objective in each transaction is that the seller is better off than before. In many instances, the only avenue left for a homeowner is to salvage what equity remains in their house or to simply avoid foreclosure and the horrible emotional and financial burden this places on families. In some cases, a ‘win’ for the homeowner means assisting them to resurrect their credit in order to re-enter home ownership in the near future.
